Today Spencer is six months old, and I am still in disbelief that so much time has just flown by! Where did my tiny little boy go? Spencer is growing everyday (he is a new little boy every time I look at him), and as many people have said, he is solid!
Spencer's current stats are as follows:
Weight: 16 lbs 11 oz
Height: 27 3/4 in
Head Circ: 17 cm
Spencer is also learning so much. Some of his biggest accomplishments are as follows:
1. He can sleep through the night, which is a big blessing for mom and dad. 2. He is getting better at sitting all by himself. 3. He can grab large and small objects, and of course it all goes to his mouth. 4. He is great when eating his rice cereal, and we are getting better at not getting it all over the place. We have added carrots to his menu and he really likes them, but I think he will eat pretty much anything. 5. He is starting to move around a lot. He can roll over multiple times, do some great push ups, and even scoot backwards when on his tummy. I am pretty sure he will be crawling by next week!
Spencer's favorites:
Food! The Jolly Jumper! Tummy Time! Mr. Giraffe, Douglas, and many other toys! Watching TV! Talking! Mommy and Daddy! Your undivided attention!
We really love watching Spencer grow and discover new things. He is such a blessing in our home, and truly is a wonderful little boy!
