I was looking through my phone and found a few photos I had been meaning to write about. So yeah enjoy the following three quick posts corresponding to these pictures.
So does anyone REALLY know where these little white spots on your finger nails come from?
My wife has a theory..... She tells me as a kid her mom would inspect their finger nails and that the white spots represented the number of lies that they had told that week..... and the SIZE of a lie corresponded to how large the spot was.
That may sound like something fun to do to impressionable children but Kimmi still continues on with this tradition today! Typically while we sit in church she will take my hand and count the number of spots on my nails. She will then shake her head if she finds a particularly large spot and begin questioning me as to what the lie might have been.
We have a good laugh through all this but I fully anticipate continuing this tradition with our own kids no matter how flawed this theory might be.

LOL, Okay thats so funny!!!
I think this could possibly be one of the reasons I started bitting my nails! I needed my marks gone as quick as possible. I don't remember Kimmi ever having as many as me! But I will continue this as well, even though everyone I tell about it laughs.
