So Kimmi and I are on quite the kick at the moment.....Jello. Its extremely weird. I probably went all 24 years of my life without making any and now we cant even go a day without having a bowl of jello in or fridge. The other day Kimmi was at the store and they had a big sale on it so we stalked our shelves. Jello's a great dessert. its easy to make but I'd have to say the only downfall is the fact that it has to set in the fridge for 4 hours. we try to speed up the process at times by sticking it in the freezer but you have to be careful with that because if you let it sit in there for too long it starts to freeze. I think Ill go read the side of the box to see if it has any addictive properties because at work all I can think about is "man I cant wait to get home and have some jello!" Plus on top of that, for heavens sake I'm writing a blog about it! anyway I just thought you should know that yes my name is Mark Dibb and I'm a Jelloholic.

We always knew you guys were weird and this proves it! Ha Ha :)
That is so funny. Have you ever tried it warm like hot-chocolate? I used to do that when I was in high school, you would get a cup of hot water, then stir in as much or little of the powder you like. It's super yummy that way, too!

Hi Kimmi. Your blog is so cute. I love jello too, it is wonderful. We have a blog too so check it out. It will be fun to keep in touch.
Hello Dibbs! We found your blog through Jimmy and Kathie's blog and since we're such nosey people, reading your blog is the best way to find out all the good stories. A JELLO addict -huh!? It sounds like life is going well in good ol' Idaho. We recently started a blog and would love it if you checked it out www.brandyanddave.blogspot.com. Chat with you later.
MMMmmm.. I love Jello, especially when you make it with pears and cream cheese!!! Yummy.
Try using ice cubes to speed up the process if you haven't already.
dude that is weird!
hope to see you on sat morning!
Alan and I read this the a few months ago and thought it was funny but apparently did not comment. You know you are a true addict when one of the drawers in your kitchen is dedicated to jello boxes...have you reached that state? I second the motion of using the speed-set method, found on the end of the box where you add the ice-cubes...it cuts the prep time to 1.5 hours!
