I have been tagged multiple times this week by multiple friends. So here are the results.....

The Husband Tag

What is his full name? Mark Spencer Dibb
How long have you been married? 2 years and 2 months
How long did you date? 1 year, then engaged for another 6 months
Who said "I love you" first? Mark did, and he said it the best way ever
How old is he? 25
Who is taller? Mark is by almost a foot! He is 6'2" and I am only 5'4"
Who is smarter? Depends, I have book smarts, Mark has street smarts
Who does the laundry? I do most of the time, but Mark will always pitch in when needed.
Who pays the bills? Mark does, he is excellent at it.
Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? If you are facing the bed, Mark does.
Who mows the lawn? Mark does. It is therapeutic to him. I doubt I will ever mow a lawn when Mark is capable of doing it himself. He loves it.
Who drives? Mark
Who is more stubborn? Compared to Mark, I am, but I don't think I am that stubborn on a daily bases.
Who kissed who first? Mark kissed me first, but I kissed back for sure.
Who has more siblings? Well, Mark has three and I have one, but I do have 6 step brothers and one step sister so it depends on how you count.
Who wears the pants? I think we both have a leg in on most days.

Random Stuff

Joys
1. My husband. We don't get to see each other a lot because of my crazy work schedule, so when we do, we take advantage of it. I love being able to spend time with him, even if it is just watching tv. I guess the advantage of not seeing each other is that when we do we appreciate it so much more.
2. Visitors. I love having people visit us. Since moving to Idaho a year ago, we have had a lot of friends and family come up. We are so thankful for that because we still have not made any friends here! So so sad....Anyone is welcome, the guest room is always waiting.
3. Remodeling. We have been remodeling our house slowly but surely since we moved in. The basement is almost complete. The bathroom is the last on our list. The tile is ordered, the paint color is picked out, and the old room is demolished...we are ready for the hard labor! I cannot wait to have our house done and to our liking. It is so rewarding to make a house all your own!

Fears
1. We are never going to make friends here in Twin Falls. I hope this is far fetched, but I really am starting to wonder if there is something wrong with us???
2. My primary class is not learning anything from me. If that's the case, at least I am learning something week to week, and that will have to be good enough.
3. I will be stuck at my job forever and never be able to move up or get a new shift.

Current obsessions
1. Buying things for the remodel whether we need it right now or not. I can't stop looking at the kitchen displays at Lowe's. We aren't anywhere near that project, but I can't help myself.
2. Martha Stewart. She is my idol. I spend my slow hours at work just pouring over her website. I love it.
3. Shoes. I love shoe shopping. I have way to many shoes, but I can always make room for more!

Facts
1. I hate drying dishes. We don't have a dish washer at the moment (one is coming in the remodel!) so all dishes are washed by hand. I don't mind washing, i just hate drying. I just put out towels on the counter and let them air dry. Thankfully, if Mark is home, he will dry for me, which makes the process so much faster, and that makes me a happy wife.
2. I love antique stores. I could just sit and look for hours. One store I went in had old Time magazines from the 50's. They were so fun to read. I love stuff like that. I love being able to see the past.
3. I have finally began reading again! And they are books that I choose to read. Its amazing! College just took the fun out of reading....actually, I think it was Chemistry that really did me in. How boring! But now that I don't have to read text books anymore, I am really enjoying my reading time again. I have a massive to read list, and I have only made a dent in it. This is where the other slow hours at work come in! ( I do work, I promise! Its the only hospital in town!)
